Age of Generating Units of California's Power Plants as of 2011

These charts represent the mix of fuel types and age, by decade of initial operation, of all generating units within California-based power plants for the 2011 calendar year. The charts indicate the total capacity based on nameplate capacity ratings of each generating unit as well as the total electricity generated in 2011 by these same units.
