May 14, 2012 - Rising again for a second week gasoline is still on the up swing, Regular is higher then the previous week. Rising several cents, over last weeks price.

The average price in California for regular gasoline increased 15.4-cents from the previous week. The average statewide price for regular was $4.367. Mid-grade and premium prices increased as well.

The national average for self-serve regular is at $3.754, down 3.6 cents from the previous week.This is 61.3 cents lower than the price of regular in California.
